Refund & Cancellation Policy

indianonlinevias.org, operated by eTourist Services Pvt Ltd, is an independent visa support and consultancy service provider. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. Applicants can choose to apply directly through the official government website without paying our service charges.
Our service charges may include both (a) government fees (non-refundable) and (b) processing/consultancy fees (for documentation support and assistance).

Refund Eligibility

1. Cancellations within 2 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund (except urgent or rush services).
2. Rush/urgent applications are not eligible for refunds, as processing begins immediately.
3. For cancellations after 2 hours but before submission to authorities, a service charge of $25 per applicant will be deducted.
4. Once an application has been submitted to immigration authorities, it cannot be cancelled. Government fees are strictly non-refundable.
5. Refunds are only processed when an official written request is submitted by email.

Visa Rejection Policy

If a visa is rejected, our processing/consultancy fee (excluding government fees) may be refunded, provided that:
All required documents were correctly submitted.
The rejection is not due to applicant background issues (e.g., incomplete/missing documents, criminal records, prior violations, overstays).

Important Notes

Separate Fees: Our consultancy fee and government fee are separate. Only the consultancy fee may be refundable.
Processing Timelines: Our timelines are estimates and subject to the policies of immigration authorities. Applications cannot be cancelled if travel is scheduled earlier than our published processing times.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email etvhelpdesk@gmail.com with:
A). Your full name (as in passport).
B). Transaction ID.
C). Registered email address.
D). Reason for refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours. If approved, a $35 refund processing charge applies per applicant. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank/card timelines may vary). In the event of duplicate payments or overcharges, a full refund of the excess will be issued.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage applicants to contact us directly at etvhelpdesk@gmail.com for any issues before initiating a dispute.
Chargebacks are not valid unless a refund request was first submitted to us.
If a dispute is raised, we may share application records, receipts, and communications with the payment processor.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.
