Refund & Cancellation Policy

indianonlinevias.org, operated by eTourist Services Pvt Ltd, is an independent visa assistance and travel support service provider. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. Users may choose to complete their visa process directly through official government websites without using our services.

Our service charges may include (a) government fees (non-refundable) and (b) service fees for assistance, guidance, and support.

Refund Eligibility

1. Cancellations within 05 minutes of payment may be eligible for a full refund (excluding urgent or priority services).
2. Urgent or priority services are not eligible for refunds, as processing may begin immediately.
3. For cancellations after 05 minutes but before further processing, a service charge of $30 per applicant may be deducted.
4. Once the process has progressed or relevant steps have been completed, refunds may not be applicable. Government fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Refunds are processed only upon receiving a written request via email.

Service Outcome Policy

Service fees relate to assistance and support provided. Outcomes such as approvals or rejections are determined solely by the relevant government authorities.

Refunds of service fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to review of the information and documents provided.

Separate Fees: Service fees and government fees are separate. Only service fees may be considered for refunds.
Processing Timelines: Timelines are estimates and depend on government authorities. Delays beyond our control may occur.

How to Request a Refund

A). Full name (as per passport).
B). Transaction ID.
C). Registered email address.
D). Reason for request.

Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (processing time may vary depending on the bank or provider).

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage users to contact us directly for any concerns before initiating a dispute.
If a dispute is raised, relevant transaction records and communication details may be shared with the payment processor for review.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of services until resolution.
